Shipping and Returns
For safety reasons, no deliveries will be made to PO Boxes and these orders will not be processed . For each order completed on Site, the company Alpacino Srl will issue an invoice for the shipped Products, sending it to the Customer, in accordance with DPR 445/2000 and Decree Law 52/2004. For the invoice issue they will refer to the data provided by the Customer. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issue thereof. The cost of delivery, unless otherwise specified, are at the expense of the Customer and are clearly indicated in the order form. They can vary due to the selected method of delivery and the destination place of the Products. All purchases will be delivered by courier and sent after 2 working days further to the date the order is completed. Orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding non-working days or national holidays. The company Alpacino Srl is not responsible for unpredictable delays, notwithstanding that, except in cases of force majeure. Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 7 (seven) days, from the day after the one when Customer has sent the order to the company Alpacino Srl. For the delivery of the goods it is required the presence of the Customer or a representative at the receiver address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
I- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document (FA);
II- that the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately notified, by writing subject to verification on the courier delivery slip. Once signed the Courier’s transportation document , the Customer may not oppose objection on the external characteristic of the delivered parcel. If it is not able to deliver the goods ordered due to sudden and temporary unavailability of the products , the company Alpacino Srl will promptly inform the Customer, and in any case not later than 7 (seven) days via e-mail. The amount paid by the Customer shall be refunded as soon as possible, but not later than 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the purchase. Number of shipment. Once the product will be delivered to the Courier company Alpacino Srl will send a confirmation e-mail indicating the number of shipment. In order to ensure the security of the delivery of the Product, the company Alpacino Srl will keep the tracking number of each delivery.
Returns, cancellations of orders and right of withdrawal
The company Alpacino Srl intends to ensure the complete satisfaction of the Customer. The company Alpacino Srl will refund the entire cost of the Products that are returned by the Customer, not used and not damaged, and provided with relative invoice or receipt with accurate description of the checked defect. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment provided for the purchase. The purchased goods may be returned within maximum 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery. The Products purchased online will be refunded or returned at the physical outlets.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
The delivery expenses for the return of the Products shall be at the expense by the Customer: any cost borne by the Customer for the return is not refundable. The company Alpacino Srl reserves itself the right to refuse the return of those Products not complying with the requirements referred to in the previous paragraph. Each delivery will contains simple instructions to follow for the return of the Products. The company Alpacino Srl will endeavor to promptly refund the Customer within and not later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the written cancellation order and return of the product . It is recommended to ship the Products to be returned using a courier able to track the shipment. The company Alpacino Srl will not be responsible for the refund or the compensation of those Products sent back and then got lost, stolen or damaged. According to Art. 64 of the D. Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 15 ( fifteen) working days from the date of the receipt of the Products, except as provided in the following paragraphs. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send to the following address:

a written communication with return receipt, indicating:
-the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art . 64 of the D. Decree 206/2005 ; -the indication of the Products for which the Customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal; -the order number issued at the time of purchase;
The notice may be sent within the above stated period of 15 (fifteen) working days, also via telegram, telex, fax, with the only condition that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 (forty eight ) hours. If the Customer decides to modify or delete the submitted order, you have to send an e- mail to email@example.com, within 24 hours from the submission time. The company Alpacino Srl will do everything possible to meet the demand of the customer . However, once sent the product, the order may no longer be modified nor deleted until the time the shipped goods will be duly returned to the company Alpacino Srl. In this case, you refer to the described procedure as in the preceding paragraphs.
